OfferForge
Your expertise is worth more than your offer says it is.
OfferForge interviews you like a $10K strategy consultant, then engineers your offer: the promise, the stack, the guarantee, the price, the name. You leave with a document you can sell from tomorrow.
Access is by invitation.
OfferForge opens through links we share, one at a time, with people we want results for. If someone sent you a link, that link is your key. Otherwise, leave your email and we'll send an invitation when a seat opens.
Free for invited users during early access.
Sometimes we'll tell you not to build an offer yet.
Before anything gets forged, your market passes through four gates: real pain, real purchasing power, a way to reach buyers, and a pool that isn't shrinking. If a gate fails, OfferForge says so and hands you a repair plan instead of a flattering document. No other generator will tell you no. That's exactly why you can trust the yes.
Stage 2 can say no. That's the point.
How it works
01
The interview
A few sharp questions about your work, your market, your proof, and your limits. Free text, plain language, minutes not hours. The better your answers, the better the steel.
02
The Foundation Check
Four market gates, graded honestly: pass, caution, or fail. Only a foundation that holds gets an offer built on it.
03
Your offer document
The engine forges your promise, problem map, stack, bonuses, guarantee options with tradeoffs, pricing, five scored names, and marketing angles into one dossier.
What you walk away with
One document, every section earning its page.
value · engineered on four dials
Grow the top, shrink the bottom. Most offers only ever argue the top line. The machine engineers all four.
guarantees · with tradeoffs, not bravado
Every option comes with its honest risk note. Reckless promises don't make it out of the forge.
Built on proven ground
OfferForge is built on offer-construction frameworks popularized by Alex Hormozi ($100M Offers) and the modern direct-response tradition: market selection before offer design, value engineering across outcome, certainty, speed, and effort, risk reversal with reasonable conditions, and naming that makes the right buyer self-select. The machine applies the discipline. The expertise it packages is yours.
OfferForge is an independent product of Stoneclad Media LLC. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Alex Hormozi, Acquisition.com, or any author referenced. 'Grand Slam Offer' is a phrase from Alex Hormozi's $100M Offers, used descriptively.
